1.Primary Crushing Stage

2.Medium & Fine Crushing Stage

Pick the cone crusher based on rock hardness: use the HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for regular sandstone, and the HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for hard quartz sandstone.

Both crush sandstone via interparticle layer compression, producing material with few flaky pieces that meets crushing value standards for high-grade concrete.

The HST comes with an automatic hydraulic control system: operators adjust discharge size with one click, and an auto pressure relief system protects the machine if uncrushable metal or extra hard rock gets inside.

The HPT withstands heavier pressure for finer, more uniform crushed material. Its segmented modular wear liners let workers swap only worn sections instead of whole plates, cutting downtime for maintenance drastically.

3.Sand Making & Shaping Stage

The VSI6X vertical shaft impact sand maker turns crushed sandstone rock into standard manufactured sand. It switches easily between two working modes: rock-on-rock mode for pure sand production with minimal wear, and rock-on-iron mode for heavy shaping to create round, well-graded sand grains.

Split peripheral guard plates can be flipped and reused, and modular rotor hammers get replaced individually. Overall costs for wear parts drop by 40%. An automatic hydraulic opening cover lets one worker carry out internal inspections and repairs alone. A circulating thin oil temperature control system supports nonstop full-load operation. It accepts feed material up to 80 mm in size, runs 60 to 640 tons per hour, and outputs premium 0–5 mm sand ideal for commercial concrete, dry-mix mortar and road base filling.
