8000 Tons Per Day Stone Crushing Production Configuration Solution
The whole system is engineered for steady 10-hour daily operation with a stable hourly output of 800 tons. Complete crushing and screening equipment from Shibang is adopted. The line processes common raw stones including granite, basalt, limestone and river pebbles, producing standard construction aggregates such as 12, 13 and 24 sizes.
1. Feeding and Primary Crushing Stage
Two sets of F5X1560 heavy-duty vibrating feeders are installed for feeding duty. Fitted with built-in bar pre-screening structures, they remove mud and fine debris from raw stone in advance and deliver large-sized materials at uniform, fixed feed rates. The maximum feed size reaches 1100 mm, stabilizing load for downstream crushers and mitigating blockages and wear issues.
Two C6X145 European jaw crushers serve as core primary crushing units. As Shibang’s new-generation high-capacity primary crushers, they adopt deep crushing cavities without dead zones. Each unit delivers a stable hourly throughput of 420 tons, and combined output matches front-end feeding volume.

2. Secondary and Tertiary Fine Crushing Core
A two-stage cone crushing setup is deployed for hard rock interparticle crushing: 2 HST315 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers for secondary crushing paired with 2 HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers for tertiary fine crushing.
HST single-cylinder models handle material fed from jaw crushers, supporting one-button hydraulic cavity clearing and adjustable eccentric throw to accommodate fluctuations in stone hardness. The HPT multi-cylinder cone represents Shibang’s premium tertiary crushing flagship. Its fixed main shaft and balanced multi-cylinder compression enable interparticle crushing that drastically cuts flaky and elongated particles; cubic finished aggregates account for over 90%. Each HPT500 reaches a maximum hourly capacity of 1450 tons.
Dual safety cylinder protection triggers automatic pressure relief and shutdown when uncrushable iron enters the chamber, greatly cutting downtime for maintenance. Two tertiary crushers steadily process secondary crushed feed, with discharge size limited below 50 mm before entering the screening system for closed-circuit circulation. For soft stone like limestone, CI5X heavy impact crushers can be swapped in to combine crushing and shaping functions at lower capital cost.
3. Screening, Conveying and Shaping Auxiliaries
Three S5X3072 triple-deck heavy circular vibrating screens form the screening system. High amplitude delivers strong screening efficiency, sorting finished aggregates into multiple fractions: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm and 20–31.5 mm. Oversized particles on screen decks loop back to cone crushers for re-crushing to sustain closed-loop operation. The full line is equipped with Shibang heavy-duty wear-resistant belt conveyors with belt widths ranging 1000–1400 mm, built with sealed dust suppression structures.
