100 TPH Stone Crushing Production Line Configuration

To meet the processing demands for hard materials such as granite, basalt and river pebbles, Li Ming has launched a standardized stationary stone crushing line with hourly output of 100 tons. Adopting the proven process of primary crushing plus secondary & fine crushing with closed-circuit screening, this production line ensures steady output, excellent finished particle shape and low maintenance cost. It is widely applicable in sand and stone yards, concrete mixing plants and infrastructure aggregate supply projects. The maximum feeding size is within 800mm with stable hourly capacity of 100 tons, which can produce high-quality crushed stone in various specifications including manufactured sand of 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-31.5mm.

All core equipment of the whole line are independently developed mainstream models of Li Ming, matched with automatic conveying, screening and dust removal systems for perfect compatibility. The front end is equipped with ZSW490×110 bar vibrating feeder fitted with pre-screening grids. It can separate soil and fine materials, feed bulk stones evenly and quantitatively to prevent jaw crusher blockage and idling operation. The shock absorption structure effectively cuts down impact wear on machines.

PE750×1060 jaw crusher serves as the primary crushing host. Its large feeding inlet suits big raw stones well. Made of high manganese steel wear-resistant jaw plates, it features large crushing ratio and low failure rate, acting as the standard primary crushing equipment for hard rock processing. Its discharge size can be controlled between 100mm and 180mm to balance working load of subsequent crushing procedures.

HPT200 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher works as the key secondary and fine crushing unit. It crushes hard rocks via inter-particle crushing principle, reducing wear loss of wearing parts by 40% compared with impact crushers. The hydraulic cavity clearing system quickly solves material blockage, and discharge opening can be adjusted with one click. The cubic particle proportion of finished stone exceeds 90% with few flaky and needle-shaped products.

Crushed materials are sent to 2Y1854 double-deck circular vibrating screen for classification. Materials larger than 31.5mm are conveyed back to cone crusher for re-crushing via belt conveyor to form closed circulation, keeping stable hourly output of 100 tons. Qualified stone materials from middle and lower layers are directly piled up. If manufactured sand is needed, users can add VSI6X vertical shaft impact sand making machine to shape and process 5-20mm stones into high-standard construction sand. Wheel bucket sand washer can be equipped to remove mud powder and raise commercial value of final products.

Standard belt conveyors connect all machines across the whole line, together with pulse dust collectors to control dust emission. The whole system adopts PLC centralized electric control system supporting one-button start and stop as well as real-time load monitoring, greatly cutting labor costs.

The whole working flow is concise and efficient: raw material silo → vibrating feeder → jaw crusher primary crushing → cone crusher secondary and fine crushing → vibrating screen classification, with returned materials for cyclic crushing and finished products stored separately. For soft stones like limestone, users can replace HPT200 cone crusher with PF1210 impact crusher to lower investment cost and obtain smoother finished particle shape.
