Capacity: 60-640 tons per hour, maximum feeding size ≤50mm
Working Principle: Adopts rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron dual crushing modes. Materials collide and grind at high speed to form qualified sand grains.
Advantages: Cubic finished sand with well-rounded particle shape and reasonable gradation; thin oil lubrication reduces wear part consumption; hydraulic top cover design enables easy maintenance.
2. VU Tower-Type Dry Sand Making Integrated System (High-Grade Manufactured Sand)
Composition: Equipped with VSI sand maker, screening unit, powder removal unit, gradation adjustment unit and negative pressure dust removal device in fully enclosed tower layout.
Capacity: 60-205 tons per hour, feeding size 0-15mm. It is divided into VU pure sand making station and VUS aggregate & sand combined production station.

Li Ming Sand Making Production Process
Raw stones go through primary crushing by jaw crusher, then secondary fine crushing via cone crusher or impact crusher, and finally shaped and processed into sand by VSI sand making machine.
Crushed materials are sent to vibrating screen for classification. Qualified finished sand is conveyed to finished product warehouse, while unqualified materials are returned to sand maker for re-crushing.
For wet production: Sand washing machine conducts cleaning and dewatering.
For dry production: VU system realizes negative pressure powder removal and particle gradation adjustment to directly produce high-quality manufactured sand.
