Small Dry Process Line (30–60 tons/hour)

Priced at about $100,000. This simple dry-type line is designed for limestone and other soft rocks. The configuration includes F5X vibrating feeder, C6X small jaw crusher, VSI5X sand maker, S5X vibrating screen and full belt conveyors. It adopts no sand washing system and only basic dust removal devices. Compact and low-cost, it is ideal for small sand yards and building material processing factories.

Medium Standard Production Line (80–180 tons/hour)

Price ranges from $200,000 to $500,000. Compatible with river pebble and granite, it supports both dry and wet processing. The standard full set is equipped with C6X jaw crusher, HPT single and multi-cylinder cone crusher, upgraded VSI6X sand making machine, multi-layer vibrating screen, wheel sand washer, full environmental dust removal system and PLC electric control system. As the most mainstream commercial configuration on the market, it delivers stable output and high-quality finished sand.

Large Hard Rock Production Line (200–400 tons/hour)

The total cost is over $500,000. This heavy-duty line adopts two-stage secondary crushing design with multiple parallel sand making machines. It is equipped with fully enclosed dust removal and complete wastewater recycling systems, specially built for large-scale hard rock mining and aggregate processing plants.
In terms of core equipment performance, the F5X heavy-duty feeder provides uniform and quantitative feeding, with pre-screening and soil removal functions to filter out impurities and protect subsequent crushing equipment. The C6X European jaw crusher acts as primary crushing equipment, featuring a large crushing ratio and 30% longer service life of wear parts, which can handle large raw stones of about 1 meter.

For medium and fine crushing, CI5X impact crushers are suitable for soft limestone to obtain high cubical aggregate, while HST/HPT hydraulic cone crushers are used for high-hardness granite and pebble materials. With layered crushing technology, they effectively reduce flaky particles, and support hydraulic cavity cleaning and iron-overload automatic protection to lower downtime.
The VSI6X vertical shaft impact sand maker is the core shaping equipment. It switches freely between rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron modes, adopts circulating thin oil lubrication to solve high-temperature bearing problems, and increases sand yield rate by 15%. It optimizes particle edges and corners to produce Grade I and II standard construction sand. The matched S5X vibrating screen realizes precise grading of aggregates, coarse sand and fine sand.

All production lines adopt fully enclosed belt conveying and centralized PLC intelligent control, supporting remote operation and fault early warning. The pulse dust removal system ensures dust emissions meet environmental standards.
