SAMPLE SAND MINING AGREEMENT

This Sand Mining Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between [Party A], a company duly registered under the laws of [Country], with its principal office located at [Address] (“Owner”), and [Party B], a company duly registered under the laws of [Country], with its principal office located at [Address] (“Miner”).

1. GRANT OF MINING RIGHTS
The Owner hereby grants the Miner the exclusive right to extract, remove, and transport sand from the property located at [Property Address] (“Mining Site”) for a period of [Term Duration]. The Miner shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and environmental standards governing sand mining operations.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
In consideration for the rights granted herein, the Miner shall pay the Owner a royalty fee of [Amount] per ton of sand extracted. Payments shall be made on a monthly basis, no later than the [Day] of each month. Failure to make timely payments shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

3. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Miner shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with mining operations, including but not limited to equipment, labor, permits, and environmental remediation. The Miner shall conduct operations in a manner that minimizes damage to the surrounding ecosystem and shall restore the Mining Site upon completion of activities.

4. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY
The Miner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from mining activities, including third-party claims for property damage or personal injury. The Miner shall maintain adequate insurance coverage throughout the term of this Agreement.

5. TERMINATION AND DEFAULT
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure such breach within [Cure Period] days. Upon termination, the Miner shall cease all operations and restore the Mining Site as required by law.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
